To make a booking with The Villa Hotel a deposit of £10 per person secures your booking.  Payment can be made by post via a cheque or by telephone with a debit/credit card:

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We try to be sympathetic, especially when a cancellation has been made for health reasons.  We can sometimes re-let accommodation if given sufficient notice but, we reserve the right to make a cancellation charge as follows:

• All deposits are non-refundable
• Cancellation within 7 days of the arrival date will incur a charge of 50% of the total booking
• Cancellation within 3 days of the arrival date will incur a charge of 75% of the total booking
• Cancellation on day of arrival 100% of the total booking

Please note we do not accept cheques on day of arrival and a 5% charge will be applied to all balances if using a credit/debit card.

The Villa Hotel is a strictly non-smoking hotel

All rooms are made available from 2pm – 10pm on day of arrival unless by prior arrangement.  Rooms are to be vacated by 10.30 on day of departure.

Meal Times:

Full English breakfast served between 9.00-9.30am
3 Course Evening meal served 5pm
